This is a truly superb buy on a great product. I have had zero problems with the drive. Use it as an external drive on my Mac Pro. Does a super job on discs with no frisbees. Caveat: Blu-Ray discs must be immaculate when you go to burn them. Leave unburned discs in the cake box and do NOT handle the surface under any circumstances.
