I purchased this item and it does not work whatsoever. All of the cigarette lighters in my car work fine, yet this item powers NOTHING. The indicator light does not come on to say it is working either. The construction of it is cheap. Buyer beware. I will not buy another item from this manufacturer. I don't know much about these car chargers and based on the reviews I bought this one. While I only needed a double for the cigarette lighter I bought this one because the reviews for the double weren't that good. I bought this item because we have so many different "technological" things to plug into the car. It arrived just in time for a weekend trip out of state. It was perfect! We had the GPS, the Ipod, and 2 cell phone adapters plugged in and everything was powered at once! We use it all the time now!Customer Review: Great idea, makes for a little clutter

I love this idea. I guess newer cars come with several DC power sockets, but mine doesn't so this works for all my gadgets. Just haven't figured out how to "mount" it or get it off the floor where it looks kind of messy. But functionally it's awesome. I love people who come up with these ideas!Customer Review: Awesome

This is constructed very well. I use it in my car to plug in my wireless internet and my laptop. It's great to have a power station in your car to stay connected to the outside world. It's not cheaply made, so I would highly recommend purchasing this if you need more than one cigarette outlet.
