I ordered this case for my 500GB Western Digital Element portable hard drive. I already have couple of these cases for my other WD hard drives and I really like them. It's a snug fit, just enough for the drive and USB cable. The case is sufficiently padded it should protect your drive from occasional bumps and drops. I brought this for my WD Passport Hard drive. I thought I had cheeked the sizing and even read that it would fit my hard drive but NO it does not fit at all it is to slim. Should have know there was a reason it was so cheap. Shame its a funny size because the actual case its self is good and protective. But not much good to me now.Customer Review: Pretty Good. This is a solid, cheap case. I like it very much, but it's an extremely tight fit on the square cornered Samsung drives. tight to the point where you have to zip it up at an angle with one corner out of the foam padding.
Will still work for me, and would work great if you have the round corner WD passport drives.

Good product, provides nice protection for my passport hard drive. Well built and good looking. But what's up with the carabiner hanging off it? It gets in the way most of the time, doubles the weight and clanks. Who the hell walks around with a hard-drive hanging off their belt like janitor keys? I don't get it.Customer Review: real case

I was looking for a good case which really can protect my external drives. Before I hade small sleeves which only protects from dusts but this Kroo has a great protection and has a great quality with a great price. I use with my seagate external also it fits with toshiba-western hard drives.Cook product I like it
