Customer Review: Good sound until iPod Locks up

What a waste of money this was. My iPod locks up every single time I use it in the iGroove. It may play for 15 minutes or it may play for an hour but sooner or later the iPod will freeze completely and nothing I do will have any affect. I have to wait for the iPod to charge down then after a recharge it will work flawlessly (until I put it back in iGroove).
Pass on the iGroove. I didn't expect audiophile sound for the price but I did expect the thing to work as advertised.

This little speaker is packed with sound! I absolutely am in love with it. The sound quality is terrific and the volume output is amazing. I have a nano and had been looking for something I could afford versus the cost of a Bose. This speaker delivered big time. I just plug it in whereever I am and it's like a mini stereo system with BIG sound. I used it out by the pool today and thoroughly enjoyed it!
It came in the mail quickly and the deal on Amazon was the best I found!

Hi, I bought the system less than 7 months ago. First of all, when you turned the sound up, there was background hissing. Then the volume became frozen at a lower level. I cannot turn it up or down. The last problem is that I cannot turn it off either with the remote or on the unit itself. I have to unplug it to turn it off. It is unbelievable that after just a short time the unit is operating so poorly. I would never recommend buying this product. What a big disappointment.Customer Review: Sounds good, but...

Sounds good, like most Klipsch products, but there are a few annoying features. First, there is no remote control holder or anything like that. It's a small gripe, but it really should not be hard to make a slot for it to go in when not in use. The A/C adapter is also kind of annoying and makes the product feel like a pain to move around. Other than that, I really like this. It has an AUX input so you can play really any MP3 player on it. I would recommend this for most people.Customer Review: Coudn't Have Expected More

I have owned Klipsch speakers exclusively for over 20 years; you could say I'm a fan. I bought the unit for use on my lanai and paid $80 all-in on eBay. The minimal look and functionality are just my style and for $80, one could absolutely not expect anything more (even at the retail price, it would be a good value). The only negative I have to report is that the remote control battery arrived dead. Four dollars later, though, I'm happy as I could be for $84. Hope this helps!
