I saw it, and pre-ordered it. It got here and formatted at 64GB and works perfectly. I was amazed it wasn't more expensive. I'd bought a 32GB SSD (not thumbdrive) and it had a lot of USB Device malfunction issues. I was worried this Kingston 64GB Thumbdrive would choke the system, only worse -
But it did not. It's working well. I have moved images onto the drive, meaning a write cycle of probably an hour - and the drive did not overheat, corrupt anything or fail.
I am probably buying a second one, then holding on to see if a 128 gb comes out. I'd trust the Kingston but more importantly, I'd trust the seller, Amazon has a great return policy. Fortunately for me, I didn't need it on this.

I purchase a Kingston 64Gb Flash Drive from what appears to be a Kingston website ([...]) - linked through Amazon - a few weeks ago. The product finally arrived last week and it is defective. Files that were being stored in the drive were corrupted and it didn't work even after reformatting the drive. After reading other reviews, I realized that the company is selling fake drives and the company's website is no longer in service. Obviously, there is no way to get any refund back or even to contact the company. Paypal which I purchase the product with said that they are not responsible to chasing after the company for fake or defective products. Tough luck!Customer Review: BAD, SLOW, DON'T BUY

I have brought this item and I thought it was one of Kingston's great products, but, I was TOTALY wrong, First, it's a very slow USB compared to Kingston 8GB, and when I tried to copy 35GB file on Vista it just got disamount and the copy process stops, but, when used with Windows 2003, it stated that 100% is copied and after it was finished, it gave me an error and again, NO FILE.
I have read a lot of reviews online, regarding this issue, I hoped that I have done that before I buy this worthless item.
Don't buy if you are planning to use it with large files, but, in 1GB file or less, maybe it will hold up to that.

I am a novice at computer accessories and gadgets. It was so easy to use! If I can do it anybody can. I simply plugged it into a USB port, opened up my control panel, found my C drive, highlighted it and dragged it to the new device, and my information was saved. I did the same thing with my documents and files I wanted to keep in case of a crash. This device is amazing to me and relieves my mind. I can honestly say every product I've purchased has more than met my expectations and Amazon.com is so easy to use and the security online with them is unsurpassed. I recommend Amazon to everyone I know.

Just got this drive after purchasing a Corsair 64gb. The Kingston 64gb is smaller than the Corsair but does not come with the lanyard, case or strap. The Kingston comes as pictured. That being said, it's smaller than the Corsair and seems to be approximately what you'd expect a flash drive to be in size. Unfortunately, to get this unit working out of the box, I immediately had to reformat the drive to start copying the 50gb of data that I needed to get to it. In addition, I found the speed to be much slower than that of the Corsair. I'd only recommend this if you're looking for a smaller flash drive where you don't mind the speed.
