Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Kingston ValueRAM 2 GB 667MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL5 SODIMM Notebook MemoryCustomer Review: it works Summary: 4 Stars
Worked fine right out of the box on my Dell Latitude D630. For a better performance I would consider using a pair of the same memory (2x2gb or 2x1gb) for dual channel instead of upgrading memory from 1gb to 2.5 gb. (existing 512mb and Kingston 2gb).
Customer Review: Easy to Install Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this RAM for an aging MacBook I own to bring it up to the 3GB upper limit my model could handle. Installation was super easy. Performance improvement is NOT negligible, but it's hard to see anything dramatic moving from 2GB to 3GB.
Customer Review: Can't beat the price.... Summary: 5 Stars
Maxed out my Netbook's memory with this module and I couldn't be happier. Well, a 4 GB max would make me a little happier, but that is not Kingston's fault. The installation was easy and it voided my warranty, but I have no regrets.
Customer Review: Put 3GB in iMac 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo; works great. Summary: 5 Stars
I upped the memory to this iMac's limit with a 1GB and 2GB. It originally had two 512MB when I purchased it. I haven't had any problems. I noticed a dramatic difference in Spotlight's performance plus other intensive tasks.
