This is a great product easy to use as long as your operating system is Windowss 2000 and above. I used this product to transfer data between computers and laptops. Works great with windows 2000 and above operating systems but Windows 98 and below driver will not install or not recognozed. I have tried several options and trouble shooting tips and reccommendations to install driver on my IBM laptop with Windows 98SE all failed.
