I purchased this product for my digital picture frame. I already have a Micro SD card for my cell phone, so I was familiar with how the card operates & works. No surprises; the adapter fit into my computer slot & I was able to upload the photos onto the card with no problem. This card will allow me to take photos and I can see them on the camera, but neither my iMac nor my PC will read the card, so to transfer the photos to the computer I have to use the USB cord to connect the camera to the computer. Major PIA. Not worth the money.
