Escribo este comentario por que la empresa Amazon no tiene de manera clara un medio para exponer una queja.
Cual es la queja? Simple por que después de 6 días recibo un correo para indicarme que mi orden fue cancelada? Uno puede entender que las ordenes se cancelan pero 6 días después? y lo único que tiene que decir la empresa es" lo sentimos, siga comprando en Amazon no le cargamos nada a su tarjeta " triste seria si además de no entregarme un producto que necesita a tiempo también me hicieses un cargo, lo que me deja perplejo es que no tienen ningún camino para hacer una queja y los señores que tienen el producto pues no les convino, y digo no les convino por que si no lo tienes pues lo sabes al siguiente día no 6 días después ,entonces no lo despacha así de simple, sin tomar la molestia que pueda causar al cliente, por que uno espera que si factura Amazon pues Amazon lo gestiona no le da la culpa al cliente y se desentiende del tema a mi no me importa honestamente si se lo compra a un proveedor u otro me interesa que me lo despachen de manera eficiente por que sino que me impide comprarlo en otro website sin pagarle la comisión a Amazon? creo que es el sentir de todas las personas que creemos que con Amazon, estamos mas seguros comprando, pensaba que Amazon era una empresa seria pero veo que hay que tener mucho cuidado, una advertencia para los latinoamericanos que tenemos y en mi caso tenía como opción comprar a través de Amazon. Cosa que no pienso seguir haciendo

I write this comment on Amazon that the company has no clear way to expose half a complaint.
What is the complaint? Simple for 6 days after receiving an email to tell me that my order was canceled? One can understand that orders are canceled, but after 6 days? and all you have to say the company is "sorry, continue shopping at Amazon not charge anything to your card if it would be sad not to deliver a product that you need time I hicieses a charge, which leaves me puzzled is that they have no way to make a complaint and the gentlemen who have the product because they are not agreed, and agreed not to say that if you do not have it because you know the next day not 6 days later, then released it so simple, without taking the trouble that may cause the client that if a bill expected to Amazon because Amazon is run does not give the blame to the client and ignore the topic I do not honestly care if you buy from a supplier or another me I put it in an efficient manner that they prevent me from buying another website without paying commission to Amazon? I think it is the feelings of all people who believe that with Amazon, we are buying more insurance, I thought Amazon was a serious company but I see that great care must be taken, a warning to Latin Americans who have and in my case was an option purchased through Amazon.
