This was a great battery back up for my iphone. I used my iphone for an entire day, email, maps, GPS, taking photos & showing photos, playing games ect. I could use my phone all day because it was like having 1 extra battery charge with me at all times. Mine doesn't really do more than one charge and then it's pretty much dead. I picked mine up on sale for $28.99 over the holidays. I adore this battery! It is small enough to slide into the pocket of my small purse to go with me everywhere. It easily fits on my iPhone 3G while the phone is inside its Crystal Jacket. I also like the way it charges up the iPhone instead of simply providing power so that you can use your iPhone while the battery is charging it, pop the battery off to recharge it, and use your now fully charged iPhone while the battery is being charged. You never have to wait. If my Kensington Mini Battery ever dies, I would definitely buy another.Customer Review: Butt saving back-up power

Owning a 3G iPhone is like owning a Ferrari with a two gallon tank. Thankfully, when I'm about to run out of juice at the end of the day, I can plug this compact back-up battery to the phone. Even when attached, the speaker and microphone still work well and you can charge it and the phone at the same time from your USB port. It's not something I use every day, but it's saved my butt on more than one occasion. Until Apple makes a phone with a battery life worthy of it's abundant features, this product is a great solution.Customer Review: FAIL. overheated and died

I had this for 4 months and it worked OK for the time I had it. It charged and worked with my ipod and so on. Then it is out of warranty and the battery overheats and almost explodes. EPIC FAIL. It may have something to do with the fact that it went through the wash 2 3 months ago but I dried it out and took it apart to make sure there was NO WATER in it and then put it back together EXACTLY AS I TOOK IT APART WITHOUT messing up ANYTHING. It worked fine for 3 months after and THEN it overheated just now.Customer Review: Small and Convenient

If you are looking for a quality name product this will not dissatisfy--this is it. The small size makes it extremely portable. The connection to the bottom of the iPod Touch is a "nice touch" and it comes with a pedestal "cap" which allows the viewer to stand the iPod up, if you so choose. And, unlike some chargers, this one will hold its zapping power for a good time period before using it on the iPod. (Some chargers/batteries will lose their stored power if not discharged soon after unplugging them.)
