Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Kensington K33902US Bluetooth USB Micro AdapterCustomer Review: Great product Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this product with the intent of using it to sync my Moto Q9H. Plugged it in my usb and, as expected, Vista automatically downloaded drivers from the net. But I still needed to upload the driver that came with the product. My phone and headset connects flawlessly every time. About the only thing that bothers me is the annoying blinking light it emits. I wish there was a way to turn it off. Or at the very least, be steady.
Customer Review: Works through walls Summary: 5 Stars
Almost disappears in the USB slot on my PC, so it doesn't present any danger of being knocked loose. I bought this adapter because I needed it to work through a wall (standard gypsum-board) between rooms of my house and it does it perfectly. It seems that it will work with multiple bluetooth devices, but I haven't tried that. I only needed it to work with a BlueTooth mouse. Good price, easy install, works like a champ!
Customer Review: Tiny, Works Perfectly Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this item because I was tired of searching for a cable every time I wanted to synch my Treo 680 to my laptop. I just plugged it in, Windows detected it and it worked perfectly the first time. There are rare occasions when I have to remove and reinsert the adapter because my Treo cannot connect to it. But otherwise it functions so perfectly that if not for its bright, blue LED I'd forget that it's there.
Customer Review: Works great on my desktop machine Summary: 5 Stars
I plugged this into the back of my keyboard so I could use Bluetooth with my iPod. The iPod's BT support isn't so great (can't sync over Bluetooth?!? wtf?), but this adapter works fine. I didn't need to install their special software/drivers under Vista or under Windows 7 - just plugged it in and the OS did the rest. The low profile is nice and I can't even see it sticking out the back of my keyboard.
Customer Review: Does What It Says Summary: 5 Stars
I am running Windows 7, however, unlike a couple other posts, I had to use the installation disk that came with the adapter in order to get my computer to recognise my palm. I got no issues doing this. For those using this to sync a palm, the com port needed to set up the virtual port in sync manager is com 7. Once I set up the virtual port in palm sync, it worked like a charm.
