This did not work as I expected with by bluetooth headset and Cisco softphone. The audio would break up about every 15 seconds and the other person on the other end could not make out what I was saying. I tested with my voicemail and it was very unacceptable. This is a great bluetooth input. I can walk a good 10 feet away while talking on Skype using a Plantronics 510 bluetooth earpiece. Only con is it doesn't work correctly with windows drivers and you must use the accompanied mini cd before plugging in the bluetooth dongle or everything will go crazy.Customer Review: Don't buy this bluetooth adapter here

Plain and simple this product is not compatible with Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit) or Win7. Works just fine with WinXP, but my intention was not to use it on a WinXP machine. If you need a bluetooth adapter go to Best Buy so you can try it and return it easily if it doesn't work for you.Customer Review: Works with No Problems

This is the second one of the products that I have purchased now. I had bought one for my laptop but in addition I got one for my desktop so now both are Bluetooth capable. Since this is a review of the product, I really dont have anything bad to say. It was pretty much plug and play for me.Customer Review: It just works

Don't bother with the $1.99 Bluetooth dongles. This one works flawlessly, comes with fully functional drivers (toshiba). Even for Win 7, no hassles at all. The only thing I can pick on is the software doesn't look the greatest (although much better than bluesoliel), but still works perfect.
