I recently bought filters for my 70-300 mm lens and had read a suggestion about getting a filter adapter so that I could use them on my 18-55 mm lens. This fit the bill perfectly! Much easier on the wallet then buying a completely separate set of filters for my smaller lens.
Easy to use and a great thing to have in my camera bag.
