Worked seamlessly with my laptop upon connection. Touted as not needing a mouse pad but does need something (like a sheet of paper or notebook) does not work on table surfaces. Not overly precise, no problems with web surfing or document editing but try and play a game of bejeweled to wind down and you'll be disappointed!
