I wanted an upgrade from the 'buds that come from Apple, but didn't want to spend a ton to listen to music on the train. Tried these and was very pleased with the sound. I was even more pleased with the customer service from JLabs when the sound in my left ear went away. After confirming that my hearing was still working and testing in another device, I sent a note to the company, who sent me a new pair right away. They know they have a good product and stand behind it. Can't beat that here in 2009.
