Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of JBuds Hi-Fi Noise-Reducing Ear Buds (White)Customer Review: OK earbuds Summary: 2 Starsinexpensive and will do the job but the sound is lo-fi not hi-fi. My Sony earbuds although slightly more expensive are noticeably better. Good pair to have as a backup.
Customer Review: Great earbuds for my Ipod and customer service top-notch! Summary: 5 StarsI bought these back in July and have been using them with my Ipod Nano for running. I love these earbuds! They work well with my Ipod, the sound is wonderful and they fit perfectly in my ear because of the silicon inserts that come in small to large sizes. They also come with a one-year warranty.
I had an issue where the right one went out on me. I emailed the company, gave them some pertinent information (vendor, date of purchase, jbud model) and was told that they would send them out First Class mail the next day. I got them before the week was out! The customer service was courteous and speedy. I am SO impressed with this company and their products that I have told my husband to buy from Jlabs. I have recommended the product to friends as well.
These days it is getting increasingly harder to find companies that will stand by their products/services. So it is refreshing to find one one whose number one priority is customer service and satisfaction.
Buy these- you won't regret it!
Customer Review: Great earbuds. Summary: 5 StarsThese Jbuds are great! Especially after the burn in period. Between the different tips, your almost guanteed to find a size that fits. Noice reduction isn't the best though. My first set lasted for 6 months before one ear stopped working(probably from a lot of use). But Jlab audio has great customer service and sent me a new pair that has worked great ever since. Great buy for the price.
Customer Review: Not a good buy Summary: 1 StarsI've owned many headphones over the years. The last pair I had came with my ipod and I used them for about 4 years until they broke. I didn't want to spend $30 on a pair of headphones right now (which is what the Apple ones cost), so I bought these instead. The reviews were good enough and it was reduced from $49.95 to $9.95. While the sound quality is pretty good (better than the apple), they are extremely uncomfortable! You have to push them all the way inside your ear for them to hold on, which hurts after awhile. And the right earbud doesn't fit very well in my ear and keeps popping out, so I have to push it harder and harder, which hurts even more. It is very frustrating. I will give these away to someone who wants them and buy some other brand. I recommend that you TRY THEM ON FIRST so see if they fit your ear and if they are comfortable, before you buy them.
Customer Review: Comfortable Buds - Finally! Summary: 5 StarsThese earbuds come with a variety of pad sizes. I need something extra small, and one of them fits the bill. Finally, buds that fit in without hurting!
