I really wasn't aware that you could even purchase a pair of ear buds for under [...], but considering that, this product is unbelievable. The bass is great, the mid-tones are decent, and the treble is good. I can't imagine spending anywhere near this on another pair of headphones.
Obviously, you'll notice a difference between a cheap pair of ear buds and a pair of Audio Technica noise cancellers... but just do yourself a favor and save some money and buy these (especially if this is an upgrade from those pieces of crap that Apple give you).
Absolutely no complaints. You can also work out in them, they wash fairly easily and the headphones don't fall out. Really the only complain is that the cord is a little long, if that's even a complaint.

I got these cute little things in desperation after having a set of Bose TriPort earbuds for almost a year and losing the rubber tips again and again. I swore I wouldn't use them anymore.
I've had these for a couple of months and simply love them. They fit perfectly in my ear and it's much, much more difficult the get the rubber tips off.
The real kicker is the sound quality. The full spectrum is audible, and the fact that the rubber tips seal inside your ear provides a certain measure of noise isolation (not cancellation, of course, but isolation). This makes a big difference in hearing both musical resonance and depth of voices in the spoken word.
Don't hesitate - they're a steal for the price, quality, and peace of mind.

It took a while for my ears to adjust to JBuds--they caused soreness for a while. From what I understand, it's just about the shape of your ears (i.e. hit or miss). Once my ears adjusted, I was pleasantly surprised by the noise-cancellation. I often commute by walking on a noisy street and could finally listen to podcasts without blowing out my ear drums or missing important commentary. The sound quality was significantly better than the standard Apple earbuds. JBuds became my primary listening method at home and work. But, alas, it's a mere four or five months later and the right bud is dying (hence the past tense). It cuts out with the slightest movement. I take care of my "toys;" I can't imagine how short a lifespan these things have with someone who plays hard.Customer Review: Very Nice Ear buds- Great Company

I bought these about 6 months ago and they have probably logged 10 trips from the east to west coast and back on commercial planes.
I find them to be very comfortable and do a nice job with the audio. I can wear them all day and the feel fine in my ears. They also cut the background noise just enough for me.
These were bought in conjunction with another JBL product that we had some problems with. I emailed the company on a Sunday expecting to hear within the next week and within 15 minutes I got a response from a real live person. On a Sunday!
They took care of the issue and I would recommend them for customer service without hesitation.
Thank JBL and Josh- It is nice to see such service is still around.

I ordered these in September and in March I lost sound in one ear. The product comes with a one year warranty and so I emailed their customer service (available from their website). They responded the same day and offered to send me brand new replacement earbuds at no charge. They didn't require me to send my defected ones back. The new ones arrived in a few days and also include a full year warranty. I've never dealt with such an easy and timely warranty process. Their communications were prompt and effortless. Definitely a great company to work with.
As far as the ear buds themselves, besides the problem I had which was resolved easily, they were great. Worked well, good sound, and no echoes from the cord rubbing up against my clothes.
