I need an internet radio for listening late at night in bed. The main reason I returned this radio is that the buttons are so loud they wake my wife up. The rest of my comments probably apply to all internet radios. Having used radios for years I am used to pressing a button and getting instant play. Nor so with internet radio. Be prepared to wait a few seconds while it finds the network. Also be prepared to wait a few seconds while changing stations. OK, so I'm spoiled. i want these things to happen instantly. Also, don't be surprised when you tune to certain stations and get a prerecorded message each time before the programming starts. Also, too often the streaming is interrupted to buffer and I have a very fast internet connection but maybe my router isn't the best. I don't know. Sorry, internet radio you're not ready for prime time. PS- Amazon customer service is the best.
