This keyset is wonderful! The layout is easy to use and remember.
Another customer commented on the left shift key being half the size with a button next to it that has an asterisk (*) on it. This button is for voice chat, whether it be the in game chat, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, whatever you use. The right shift key is normal size.
The smaller buttons on the right include Inspect, Invite, Duel, Follow, Roll, Guild Chat, Party Chat, Whisper, and raid keys that include Raid Chat and Raid Warning.
The emote functions are also very nice. There is an Emote key that works kind of like Caps Lock. When that is on, your F1 - 12 keys can be used for the most common emotes: wave, greet, spit, chicken, etc. Since I very rarely use my F keys, I just keep emote turned on.
The Zboard itself (SOLD SEPARATELY) is great too. There are volume controls, video control buttons, email, calculator, etc. It's super easy to install and there are two additional USB ports on the back that make life so easy!
The only real gripe I have is that the way the space bar is split makes typing a little slow. But as with other things (like ergo keyboards) it just takes some getting used to.
So whether you play as much WoW as I do (which is an obscene amount!) or not, I highly recommend this Keyset for the Zboard!

If you played your games with an standard keyboard this will take a little getting used to.
However, once I did get used to it I really wasn't that impressed. In a nutshell, the keyset (you need to buy the base unit first)simply creates Macros for some of the most common commands. Other than that it's a standard keyboard with the righthand numerical key section removed.
If you did buy the base unit it comes with two keysets, a standard keyboard layout and one for gaming. The gaming keyset is laid out in a very different manner, larger red keys for movement on the left etc. the difference is that the software enables you to customize the key commands using Macros for your game. You don't need to be a Brain Surgeon to customize the keyboard. Simply visit you games many community or fan sites and you can find Macros that you can copy and paste to the keyboard. I was able to customize the standard gaming keyset that came with the base unit in a very short time.
Personally, I'd say to save your money and just buy the base unit. Configure the keyboard yourself to the way you play the game. The little research you may have to do to save the money is well worth it.

Could have been a 5 star EXCEPT there is that Shift key thing. On other keyboards the shift key is double wide, for some reason on these keyboards the shift key has been cut down and an * key added in. It's irritating to say the least. The "everyday" keyboard takes a little getting used to in that the space bar is split, other than that it is a great setup. I love being able to change layouts on the fly, and the USB ports are amazingly wonderful. BTW the layout for WoW is very well done. Key set seems to function well and works great with world of warcraft. Make sure you read the whole description because this item is just a key set for the ideazon Zboard that you need to buy separate from the key set. Space bar is two separate buttons kind of crappy because the space bar keys don't line up to well. The key set is in a enclosure and when using buttons close to the out side the outer enclosure is in the way. I give it good ratings for World of Warcraft,but for typing find something else.....Customer Review: tossed it in the trash

I'm not one for throwing things away. I'm a serious pack rat, but this board was defective. I downloaded the stuff I was supposed to and never could get it working. I even had my Tech buddy see if it was just me doing something wrong. Shift button never worked, and drivers never worked right either. I ended up tossing it and went with a left handed game controller instead. Zboard had the right idea, the emote buttons and PVP set up was such a cool idea, I just wish I could have made it work right.
