I bought this product so I would no longer need to store DVDs on spindles. I like the looks and feel of these boxes very much. My only criticism is that they use chrome snaps to keep them in their assembled state, and occasionally one or more of the snaps will pop undone when the box is being moved. A minor inconvenience so far. Perhaps screws would have worked a little better. Having said that I would likely buy this product again.Customer Review: Nice CD storage boxes!!

Although the price has gone up since I last bought these, I still like them for cd and dvd storage or transport. My only gripe is the simple open hanger style packaging which is designed to be hung on hooks in stores, offers no protection for shipping or even while they hang on hooks. They get damaged easily!! Of the last three I bought, two had to be replaced! They need heavy shrink wrap for protection. Otherwise a good product!!Customer Review: It's just a box

If you are looking for a ready made system to organize a bunch of CD's in, then this probably isn't for you. I guess I should have investigated more as I was looking for a cheap solution to organize and store a bunch of CD's- this is just a box with a central divider. It does not come with dividers between the CD's that you can label - you will have to buy those separately. Not much of a step up from the shoe box I was using!Customer Review: great for the price

i think these boxes are great for the price. i read some reviews of people who used glue to keep the snaps closed but i didn't find it necessary. i bought two because we had around 120 cd's but there is still quite a bit of room in the 2nd box. I am pleased with them and they look very nice on our shelves and will hopefully keep little kid fingers from touching loose cd cases that were just sitting on the shelf.Customer Review: Solid Construction

These boxes are made form heavy-duty materials and are obviously built to last. Setup is fairly easy though the use of snaps can make the insertion of the divider more difficult than it should be.
One negative I found was that I never achieved gettign as many CDs in full jewel cases into the boxes as they claim tha tthey will hold. Expect to be 2-4 CDs less than their count.
