This product is very poorly made. The snaps barely hold together. You really need to make sure you don't even look at the box wrong or the snaps will come undone. I put the box together and let it sit overnight. The inside center separator has glue on it that holds the snaps on the end of it. This had completely come apart by morning. I ended up having to super glue it myself. It is also not perfectly square thanks to the divider. I found that CDs fit loosely on one side and tight on the other.
Bottom Line: I would avoid this box and look for another solution.

I have over 2000 discs to store, and this seemed to be the best way to do it without spindles. They are very lightweight on their own, but get fairly heavy when loaded with 300+ discs. They seem like they're pretty sturdy as long as you aren't moving them all over the place. Handling one box is harmless enough, but when I tried to slide a stack of 4 of them across the carpet, one of the snaps came undone. When it comes to the basic function of holding your CD's this box gets the job done. It will actually hold just over 60 jewel cased discs, closer to 64. The cover material is a kind of faux leather sticker that has been placed over cardboard sides to make it appear professional. The click and snap sides will hold but can unlock if bumped even mildly. It's more than a shoe box but not even close to a solid case; however if you're looking for something affordable to temporarily store those extra CD's in I guess this will suit you just fine.Customer Review: Snap-N-Store cd storage boxes

Since my husband is a big fan of mostly rock and blues musics, with nearly 400 cds, I bought several of these boxes for his birthday on Flag Day. They have made our den/futon bedroom so much neater!!! He used to have the music in two computer boxes and like seven shoe boxes. Now, especially with the covers, there's organization and neatness. I'm a Public Librarian, so these boxes are perfect! Thanks Snap-N-Store! Also, so easy to set up, as the name implies, just snap to make the boxes. I bought these to store my many disks but when they are full they tend to unsnap quite easily. I am to lazy to return and they will probably work out fine enough for photos and small lite items but for their intended purpose they are not very well thought out. They come flat and are easily put together, they have snaps similar to those on clothes but when they are full of disks the weight shifts making them unsnap and come apart. TOo bad as they are made of very nice material and look great.
