CD case holder fails because it is large enough to hold so many CD's that it gets too heavy! One hand is barely large enough to hold it and the weight is too great for even a relatively well-conditioned man. Another objection is that it needs a heavy elastic strap around it to ensure that the loose-fitting lid doesn't come off and allow its contents to spill out if it is tipped too far (because its heavy weight causes one to lose his grip!).Customer Review: Perfect For My Music CD Storage Needs

All of my music CDs have been ripped and stored on my PC, and then filed away in these storage boxes. The depth of this box is perfect for the deep cabinet I use for storing media, and allows me to utilize the cabinet space efficiently while still being able to locate specific discs. I really like that you can stack the boxes and ultilize vertical shelf space as well. The construction quality is decent, but not sturdy enough for portable use.Customer Review: Idealstream CD storage box

Great product. I had no trouble assembling these boxes. They are sturdy and look good (in my opinion). You can store CD or DVD discs in paper sleeves. They will fit perfectly inside the box. If your discs are in jewel cases, you have to set them in the box with the spine of the jewel case pointing up or down, in which case they will extend about 1/2 inch above the edge of the box and the lid will rest on them. Good way to store cd' and dvd's. Good quality for the price. Only problem is that if you use alpha index cards in these boxes, the alpha tab is higher than the ends and sides of the boxes by about one quarter of an inch. I had to cut some end pieces to put inside at the ends of each box so that the lid would not crush the alpha tabs. Would be better if the ends and sides were about one quarter of an inch taller.Customer Review: Very cool CD storage

These are really neat. I bought 6, which just happens to be the number that fit in the display case they were shipped in. To assemble, just snap sides to the end flaps. The tops are already assembled. I used them all, but if I hadn't, each case tucks neatly into its top for flat storage. The best thing is that they store CDs with the name up so you can easily see what's in each box.
