Product was bad out of the box. Not the sellers fault, everything went fine on their end. I am sure the product not working is not a common issue but it seems odd there are several listed here. If you roll the dice on this one and you end up needing tech support... you are hosed... iogear has absolutely the worst tech support ever! No... really... the worst. By the end of this ordeal I was asking the U.S. support tech to transfer me to someone in India!
