Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of IOGear Enhanced Data Rate Bluetooth USB Adapter with Range up to 66 ft. GBU221Customer Review: Works with Vista 64 bit Summary: 5 Stars
Right out of the box it works. Plug it in...follow Vista's "found new hardware" instructions and withing 30 seconds it is up and running. No need to install the included software (which may or may not be compatible with Vista 64 bit anyway). Good price too.
Customer Review: incredibly easy. dose what it is supposed to do. Summary: 5 Stars
It has a single purpose: make a computer that dose not have Bluetooth and make it have it. its simple, super easy installation and it wont give you a hassle when you try using Bluetooth.
if you need BT on your computer: this is the way to go.
Customer Review: Not for epson printers Summary: 3 Stars
This item does not work with epson rx700 printer the bluetooth from radio shack did. It works fine with my desktop using xp. See's my kodak 500 printer and sony ericsson t226 phone. Able to send and receive midi songs and pictures to phone.
Customer Review: Works fine with Vista 64bits Summary: 5 Stars
I bought the bluetooth because I needed to sync my Palm with the desktop on Windows Vista 64bit, but I could use it for many other components including my cell phone.
In addition, I defined a serial port and it works excellent.
Customer Review: Seems to work fine Summary: 4 Stars
Got the adapter to use with my new cell phone. Have only used it a handful of times but it seems to work fine. Reception was better when I plugged it into the front of the computer rather than the back side USB port.
