Unlike *all* the other manufacturers out there who seem to have been blind-sided by the advent of Windows Vista, this Bluetooth transceiver works right out of the box.
Just be aware that their in-box installation documentation needs to be updated and download their latest drivers from their web site. (Trust me, I have done a lot of research, and none of the other manufacturers have so much as Vista drivers!)

Helpful note: disconnect from the internet, shut down all anti virus, spyware, firewall programs before you start installing. you wont be in danger because you're disconnected from the internet.
After the install, this device works perfectly!!!! no bluetooth adapter would work properly with my razr...this is a godsend! It has renewed my hopes in bluetooth devices because they are often very unreliable.

I bought this to transfer pictures from my LG 600 Net 10 phone to my computer. Installation was a piece of cake with the drivers CD for Windows XP. Getting my phone to acknowledge the computer was more challenging- never having done this before. Once I figured it out the transfer was no problem. The only drawback I can see is that the dongle does not come with a cover or cap for the USB connection end.Customer Review: Top Product

I use this bluetooth adaptor with my Motorola H15 headset with no problems at all. The problem I have is with the laptop, as I need to switch from the laptop speakers the the bluetooth headset. Once I worked how to do this, it is quite easy. I can easily switch between the laptop and my phone (blackberry bold)when I receive a call and switch back again. I have Windows Vista and all the review seemed to agree this one is best so I bought it. Use it to download pics from my camera to computer,seem like this was the only way to do this at least with my phone.
Plugged it in, set it up, couldnt get it to work, didnt try long. The next day I plugged it in worked right away, dont know why but it did, worked fine for what I use it for.
