This mouse died on me today, after owning it for two year.

. the pointer would sometimes moves itself on my screen while the mouse was immobile
I am obviously buying another mini mouse since I cannot go back to a regular mouse (mini is better for wrist). I used to have a Toshiba and it lasted forever.

I like the size I had a couple Targus retractables which I liked a lot if fact people make up excuses to "borrow" them
I tried this iomega as a replacement which seems to work fine as a mouse except one thing...
the case finish is very glazed and slick and difficult to get a good grip on the mouse.
OK I put a couple pieces of tape on the side and its fine now, it just looks like heck now.

The mouse itself is fine, the buttons work and it fits well in hand. But the cord stopped retracting about 2 weeks after I bought it. It's horribly annoying and distracting. I want to toss it in the garbage. This is about the 5th one of this type that's broken after a short period of use. At least three others were Macally's. Why can't anyone make a retractable 2 button mac-compatible mini-mouse that works????Customer Review: Worked well at first, but not durable. Not recommended.

Nice mouse, if it had any durability, but mine started acting sporatically just a few months after purchase. Sometimes the left mouse button wouldn't work. Contacted Iomega Customer Service, who would have replaced it, if I paid to ship it back, and filled out way too much paperwork. Today, 14 months after purchase, the mouse just stopped working altogether. A pretty poor value.Customer Review: Very good product for the prize!!

I am convinced that I did a very good purchase with this mini and retractable mouse from IOGEAR. I liked the protective black sleeve which was in the package. As soon as I plugged it was detected by Windows Vista in my Acer AspireONE 10.1-Inch Ruby Red Netbook without problem. Was a great combination with the mentioned netbook and personal recommend it as a very good accesory.
