Someone more handy than myself can probably make what they need in order to secure gels, snoots and grids to their flash, however this was better than my attempts. The rubber backing holds the accessories snuggly to my flashes (Canon 580ex and 430ex II).
I am satisfied with the speed strap and would (and have) recommend the strap to others.
