I ordered this item from Amazon, but it was shipped by SF Planet. The first time when I received this item, it did not work with my 6th generation Ipod. It did however work with my 5th generation Ipod. I contaced SF Planet and they promptly sent me a replacement. I did not even have to return the old one. The new one arrived in timely manner and it works fine with all my Ipods. Good product, great customer service. Will definitly do business with SF Planet again.Customer Review: first one

I've just received this set. I'm going on a trip and needed something to charge my ipod that was portable. This set fits the bill to a tee. I'm not going to say anything about the construction. It may not be quite as good as the original, but at this price so what? As long as it works and it does! I rated the charging time at 4 only because I've not had it long enough. I was sold on the price. Very cheap compared to in the stores. I was a little aggitated when I recieved my ipod kit because the usb cord wasnt as shown on the website. I recieved the retractable one instead of the one sold cord. I wrote The sales department and within a few hours recieved a reply back saying that they would send me the right cord at no charge. I was very pleased at how quick they responded and the great customer service. ThanxCustomer Review: Cheap but does the job.

I bought Apple usb charger for $35 about a year ago but from recent trip I lost the charger. I did not wanted to spend another $35, and found a deal and it also come with car usb charger and iPod adapter cable! and it only cost less than 80% of apple's usb charger! What a deal!
I had for about a month and all of them does the job. Specially, I like the re-tractable ipod adapter cable. This is a must have for all iPod users!

OK, I was cheap and fell for this product. But after all you get what you pay for. The wall plug worked for about 10 minutes and now won't work at all. So far the retractable cord and the car plug still work, but I have severe doubts. It will cost me even more to send it back than what I paid for it, so I'll just toss the wall charger. They couldn't even spell 'China' on the Made in China sticker!! Don't bother with this one.
