I love this little doc but for one issue, which is the upper level sound quality. If I turn it up enough to be heard when I'm working in my home office (which isn't all that far from where the unit sits in my living room, the sound gets fuzzy. You will be surprised with the sound quality of this product. It looks small, but good things comes in a small package. Good for medium size room. Works well for most songs.
However, I faced challenges with the remote - it just didn't work, or I would say worked sporadically. And without remote, the product is difficult to use. Other than remote issue, I think this is a good product with JBL brand name. I would recommend this product over any i**** products.

I love this little speaker system! I've had it for about two weeks now and I use it every day with my 4th generation Nano. I LOVE the remote! It is the reason I bought this speaker. It has great functionality and I can look through my playlists from my desk. The system has battery capability but it sounds bad when batteries are used, so I just keep it plugged in in my room or living room. I don't know how durable it is since I haven't had it too long, but I hope it lasts a long time!Customer Review: Good product with great sound quality, but don't put it too loud!

This set has a ver sleek and space-saving design, doing its job incredibly well. The included remote control works very well, as well as the controls on the set itself. The sound quality is well above average for its size and, understandably, increasing the volume also increases distortion. The only annoyance is that it has a very bright power LED that stays on even when the unit is in standby - in a dark room it makes a difference (nothing that a tape can't solve, though).Customer Review: I Love this Thing!

Very nice little speaker dock! Great sound and a cute little remote to boot. The remote works just like the iPod wheel (menu, up/down, select, back/forward...) so there's no learning curve there. I just wrestled it out of it's annoying plastic clamshell casing, attached the AC cord, set my iPod Nano 3g on the dock and I was in business. Clear sound and it can go plenty loud if you want to go there. A nice padded zipper case is included. Good value.
