This is a great product at a reasonable price... unlike those $80 ilaps. I use this stand with my 13" ilap and I absolutely love it. It provides just the right amount of lift, is simple, portable, doesn't plug into a usb port, etc. You don't need something excessively fancy to prevent your computer from overheating, just something simple enough to increase air flow around the base. Thank you Handstands for providing an affordable alternative to all the overpriced laptop stands out there.Customer Review: DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS!!

A stupid piece of rubber that is so small you laptop is balancing on it. It could have been a cool design if it supported the outer edges of the laptop, with airflow underneath. I find this allot with coolers. The best one I've used yet is the ThermaPAK HS17A Laptop Cooling Heatshift Pad, for 17-Inch Laptops, (Black).Customer Review: Does what I need it to do

It's small, but my 15.6" laptop fits on it with no problem. It's made of dense foam, so it's lightweight. Does exactly what I need it to do, which is raise up my laptop so the air can flow underneath. You can only use this product if your laptop is stationary, like on a table or desk. You can't use it on your lap as it's too small and your laptop will slide around. For the price, it's totally worth it.Customer Review: It Works!

I just wanted to buy an inexpensive device to cool my laptop. This works very well. All it really does is prop up your laptop, but it really does cool down my computer. I think that it will extend the life of my laptop, which is the reason I bought it for.
Don't waste your money on those expensive coolers with fans- this works just as well, as long as your laptop has a working fan.

This is what I was looking for. It lifts the computer just enough for air circulation but the laptop keyboard is still comfortable to use. And it works on all my mobile computers--a 17 inch Qosmio, a 15 inch Satellite and my new tiny netbook. The computers seem to be the steadiest when the pad is sticking out a few inches in back. I bought two already and am ordering another one now.
