Customer Review: does not work I came up with failure

hello, I bought this camera HELLO KITTY 87009 5.1 MP DIGITAL CAMERA KIT for my daughter to give it at Christmas, the camera does not brings the sd card something that I knew, as specified this product at the box, so we went out to purchase on Dec. 27 the sd card for put it on this and this one to work properly because Without this card does not work, but it did not work at all, I thought it might be the sd card that was not right so I went back to the shop to return this sd card and changed the sd card to other one but we have tried with 3 different sd card and did not work with none , I realized that the camera is the one that was not working properly I tried to get an authorized agent here in Venezuela and there is not , I went to the place of repairing camera and they told me that cameras could be card reader that is damaged and therefore not read any card, i did not leave the camera there because I do not want lose your warranty, what should i do now? the camera is completely new with packaging at all like this not work properly we did not let to my daughter play with this because just it does not work!
I am a customer of Amazon for more than 3 years and this is my first time that I receive an article that does not work properly, what gonna happen now, how return this to change it?
