This is a simple adapter. It worked great in Ukraine and Israel. It is not bulky. I found no need during 24 days of travel for the many multi-adapters that I reviewed and considered pruchasing. It worked in a variety of places from airports, trains to numerous motels to apartments. There was not a place in my travels that this did not work. Simple is better.
The shipping was pricy and more than advertised. However when I brought this to the attention of the company they refunded the overage promptly.
A simple product that worked very well.

This adapter will take your US plug, even the ones with one prong wider than the other, and convert it to a European plug.
One thing to note, this adapter is not a voltage converter; it will not convert European 220V to US 110V, unlike what one reviewer said.
Shouldn't be a problem at if your power supplies support a range of 100-240V like most mobile devices these days: laptops, mobile phones, PDAs, etc. Just read what's on the power supply or device you're taking to Europe.

Does exactly what it says on the tin... good quality and the best price I could find with a decent delivery time. If you are on a hurry because of a trip to Europe don't do ebay.
Furthermore you can use it in the UK and Ireland too... it is a bit tricky I admit but by pressing the ground plug with a pen you can slide the contacts of this plug in and connect your US plug to it. Good solution if you stay only a few days in the UK.

After leaving my previous adpater somewhere in Turkey, I picked up 2 of these, so I'd have a spare, and they were great. Small, but fit in all the outlets we tried them on. (A couple of colleagues had gotten multi-format devices that did not clear some of the recessed outlets in our hotel). But is was nice to be able to plug in 2 devices, so the spare got used almost as much as the primary.... And if I lose one, no problem...Customer Review: False advertisement, i.e. "Continental Europe"

The product allegedly works all over Continental Europe, with a long list of qualifying countries, including Austria, given in the description. But when I took this adapter plug to Europe, it did not fit the outlet designs at my hotels in Salzburg or Vienna. It also failed in Prague--I'll let that slide, however, since the Czech Republic wasn't specifically advertised. Worked like a charm in Venice, though!
