There isn't too much one can say about this product except that it's a stainless steel spiky thing that screws onto your Gitzo monopod... something you might want to have when you need to use the monopod on a slippery surface or as a defensive weapon while hiking...
Oh, and it's over-priced, i.e., you pay for the name, "Gitzo." I'm giving it 3 stars for the unreasonable pricing.
