when i took it out of the bag i instantly plugged it in because i was waiting on it. when i plugged it in i noticed it was really loose in the outlet so i pulled it out and it literally fell apart in my hand with the prongs still in the wall. extremely poor put together. i super glued everything tight and now it works fine. i gave a 1 star because this could catch on fire and would have if i hadnt have noticed the looseness in the plug!Customer Review: Worth the Wait

While there were some unavoidable and unpredicted issues with the delivery of this product, I commend the provider for concern, compassion and persistence is seeing to it that I was satisfied. This, despite the fact that the purchase was small, impressed me. Should have listened to the other reviews but one review said it worked with their GPS so I gave it a shot. My GPS is never charged fully and i thought that i would bring it in the house to be charged but the adaptor does not work. It was only $4 in total with shipping so i didnt bother sending it back. But it always blows when things do not work.Customer Review: Not for high current devices.

This thing may be great for cell phone chargers and GPS power sources, but if you're looking to plug something into it that requires more than 500 mA (0.5 amps), then this is not the right adapter for you. Additional, it's not UL listed and made in China, so I'm not sure how safe it is to use unattended. Overall, it's okay.Customer Review: Annoying

Makes a loud annoying high pitched squeal when plugged in, so basically all the time. I can't stand it. It's the most annoying thing to have to listen to in a nice, calm, quiet office. Don't buy this. Spend the few extra bucks and get something better.
It does the job of converting the power.
