Personally, I think Apple should be including one of these babies with every player. But since that doesnt appear to be happing, I got this. Maybe I am just too much of an ipod addict or something but this has become my new best friend. I mean seriously before this whenever I went on a trip my options were drag my 5 pound laptop (plus laptop power cord and USB connector cable) or ration ipod time since I knew the dreaded "no battery life remaining" screen was looming. So great for travel but also great for home cause I don't have to turn on the computer everytime I wanna boost and it charges much faster than the USB. Long story short: this makes my nano happy thus makes me happy.Customer Review: Poor quality and DANGEROUS

This product was great at first, it worked despite the bad reviews I had read and was worth the money. After a few weeks, the charger started making a clicking sound as it was charging, and the red light on it would blink, all at random intervals. I didn't think much of it at first, then it stopped working all together. Being an electronically minded fellow, I opened it up, only to discover that a wire attached from the circuit board to the outlet prong was disconnected. Thus, the clicking sound was 120V AC 60Hz arcing across inside the charger. This thing is not worth the danger or risk of not working. In the long run, a more expensive style will be much better.Customer Review: A Charger Well Worth the Money!!

I love my ipod mini and video, but found it very annoying not being able to charge them when I went on long trips. Also, many times I would charge my ipods and the battery would die, even when I had not used them! I felt like I was constantly charging my battery, only for it to die.
But, this is no longer a problem with this charger. It is excellent! It literally charges an ipod in a few minutes, no joke. However since this is a powerful charger, you should not use it for more than a few minutes because it will drain your battery. A few times I accidentally did this and my ipod froze up.

I have really needed a charger for quite a while. I finally found a charger that looked decent and in the description slearly states it is also for the IPOD NANO. So with a pretty good bargain, I bought this charger and it broke 5 minutes into a charge with my IPOD NANO!!! I check around the house to see if there were any other outlets that would work, but there wasn't. I am very upset with getting my 10 dollars back, re-shipping it, leaving feedback, and having to search for a new charger. Please, if you want a good charger spend a few more bucks and get one with good quality.Customer Review: NOT iPod Touch 2G or 3G Compatible--Don't be fooled!

This charger is NOT COMPATIBLE with either the iPod Touch 2G or 3G. It's output voltage is 9v, but the iPod Touch requires a 5v charger. When the charger is plugged into the iPod Touch a message displays on the screen saying that it can not be charged with this charger. Too bad, it is a nice, high-quality charger. Just check to see if your iPod requires a 9v charger before you buy. Sure would be nice if they just listed this IMPORTANT SPECIFICATION in the product details. Five stars for the charger, but zero stars for whoever wrote the product and compatibility specs.
