Not only does the images suggest that you are getting a product identical to that of Microconnectors who sell working video/sound adaptors, and actually just send you the typical grayish small box-ended adaptor (I say typical because it seems to be the cheap model that's going around, seeing as I've purchased the same soundless adaptor twice because of misleading pictures)
BUT, you also have misleading reviews of the adaptor which tell you that there is sound when there is absolutely NONE. Now I was quite an unexperienced online buyer and have no doubt that those false reviews were strategically placed there by the seller to make people think this was actually a product it actually wasn't... with the whole Macbook Pro 2010 models exporting sound through minidisplay now, I'm guessing the seller wanted in on the gold rush and falsely labeled this product discretely through "buyer" reviews. Just my 2 cents... and nice image copy paste from the Microconnectors website who actually have a sound-supporting adapter.
