Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Bluetooth USB 2.0 Micro Adapter DongleCustomer Review: RooBeck Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this dongle (funny name for the thing!) to replace the adapter for a microsoft keyboard and mouse. I got it to work once, briefly and can't get it to do it again. I was told that these things aren't going to be made anymore, so I bought 3 (very cheap) and now I don't know if I can get them to work for anything. The shipping cost twice as much as the three dongles. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.[[ASIN:B001EBE1LI Tiny Bluetooth USB Adapter Dongle (Black)
Customer Review: Just works for me Summary: 5 Stars
I have a Dell Latitude computer for work which theoretically can have a Bluetooth module installed. However, thanks to the fantastic software that Dell provides, the OEM Bluetooth module never worked for me. So, I turned to this module, which plugs into a USB port. It's so tiny that you hardly know its there and it has worked great with my Bluetooth mouse. Between the portability, great price, and built-in windows support for the device, what more could I ask for?
Customer Review: Good Product for a Cheap Price! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought the USB dongle despite the reviews given too it. Boy, were those 1 star reviews ever wrong!!!! I received the package in about 3 days not expecting much but i was wrong. Worked like a charm to connect my bluetooth devices to my x64 Windows 7 HP laptop. No need for the installation disc because it found the drivers for me upon plugging it in. I would say get this bluetooth USB connector over the other ones just because it is really cheap and it works!!!
Customer Review: You get a knock-off instead of the illustrated item Summary: 2 Stars
I ordered 3 of these to facilitate file transfers between several PCs with disparate operating systems. The product I received from BargainCell was a knockoff made by GT Max. It came with NO software, despite the illustrations of a CD driver disc.
This was significant because one of the systems I needed it for was a Windows 98 system.
I specifically purchased this because of the illustrated driver disc. I was sorely disappointed.
Customer Review: Works well, but here's link for Microsoft mouse support Summary: 5 Stars
This is working really well now. At first I had trouble linking my Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000, but then I went to the following article and it solved my problem:
[...]
After you follow their easy steps, click once on the Bluetooth icon in the bottom right of your screen. Then click "Add a bluetooth device." It worked fine then. To clarify, this is all after you've inserted the USB Dongle into a USB port and let it install.
