I am a first time user of the whole webcam sphere, and I am just simply impressed at the quality of the picture! It is very easy to install, all you have to do is plug it in! The drivers should automatically install (if you have Vista or higher.)
One downside is that there is no way to take pictures without being on the internet. But, there are several sites where you can download the software to do it.
It is just a great product, and the shipping and seller were excellent!
