We have had a Garmin 2620 Street Navigator for years. The Nuvi 880 is a fantastic step forward. Easy to use, great graphics, so many features we haven't tried them all yet. Voice commands work wondrously. A must buy for the serious traveler.

This device is the best I have had to date. I am a Garmin fan and the amount that they have packed into this is amazing. Bluetooth for phone connectivity and handsfree operation, awesome map, vehicle and voice updates, MSN direct receiver for up to date traffic, weather and many other features... it is an incredibly small package for all that is packed into this thing. The Garmin nuvi 880 I purchased thru Amazon WAS DEFECTIVE. YES, DEFECTIVE. I CONTACTED GARMIN AND THEY EACHANGED FOR ME WITHIN 48 HOURS. THEY WERE WONDERFUL. AMzon SHOULD CHECK PRODUCTS IF THEY ARE IN WORKING CONDITIONS BEFORE SHIPPING THEM. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES FROM AMAZON AGAIN.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. It has many features that he loves to use on it like the music player. The speech recognition is OK. We sometimes have to repeat ourselves like 5 times to get what we want, but it works just as good without utilizing that feature. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good navigation system.Customer Review: Excellent Unit

Love the new unit. MSN Direct is a very nice function at times. Voice recognition accurate and directions are much better than previous units which I have owned.
Only downfall is the speaker when using the bluetooth. Very low even at max setting. Even with radio off, when driving the wind noise on a highway is enough to keep you hunched over to hear the speaker.
