Yo compr? un nuvi 260w en Diciembre y estoy muy contento con el. He conocido lugares que ni siquiera sab?a que exist?an en mi propio pa?s (Costa Rica). En lo que respecta al desempe?o del GPS es muy bueno. Te gu?a paso a paso, calle a calle, avenida por avenida hasta tu lugar de destino. Tiene la ventaja de que podes crear tus propios puntos de interes como por ejemplo tu lugar de trabajo y estar a 80 kilometros de distancia y el se las arregla para llevarte. La gu?a de voz es muy clara y no hay por donde perderse si te desv?as del camino recalcula la ruta para volver a la misma. Tiene alertas para indicarte por ejemplo si la v?a por la que transitas hay alg?n tipo de restricci?n vehicular por placa por ejemplo.
La ?nica raz?n por la que no le doy 5 estrellas es por que hay una serie de accesorios que me parece deber?an venir con el aparato como son un cargador de pared un puerto USB para conectarlo a la computadora y un estuche para guardarlo. Todos estos yo los adquir? por separado aqu? mismo en Amazon y a un bajo precio por lo que me parece que deber?an venir inclu?dos y cobrados por lo menos el cargador de pared y el cable USB. Pero lo que respecta al aparato es muy muy bueno puedes comprarlo con total confianza que estas comprando un excelente producto, viene precargado con el mapa de USA pero aqu? en Costa Rica tienes que comprar el mapa eso es algo que debes tomar en cuenta porque ser? un gasto adicional.

One little hiccup in that once when trying to type, the wrong letter would be selected. A simple reboot (off, then on) seemed to fix the problem.
What made us choose this version was the price and also the ease of use when compared to a tomtom. The first time you pick a garmin up, you can figure out exactly what you need to do and the gps does the rest.
Love the text-to-speech function, and the unit has been very helpful so far, especially to my wife, who always gets lost if she is on her own, even with good directions. Even she can't get lost now!

Just perfect. Thin, light and fast. The screen of this one is perfect, when the sun is at top, it just dont bother you. Amazing voice engine, kills iGO and TomTom. Great and fresh maps included.
