This is the best and easiest little navigation system on the planet. Easy to use and easy to own. You don`t need to make monthly payments either. This is the 2nd NUVI that I have bought now both cars have one in them for when every we need them. Either driving or walking.

This is our first GPS, and I bought this one because I found a good deal on it. It makes driving in unfamiliar places much easier. It doesn't speak street names, but so far it hasn't been a problem as there has always been another person in the car to read the street name for the driver. It occasionally takes what I would consider a long time to acquire the satelite signal, but not really a major problem. This is certainly not top of the line, but it meets our needs for use while travelling away from home.Customer Review: Love my Garmin Nuvi 250 portable GPS!

The Garmin Nuvi 250 was recommended to us. Purchased our GPS on amazon.com - great price/fast delivery. We took 3 trips out of state, was great for directions to motels/food/attractions. Perfect for miles/time to destination! Don't know what we did before Gertie (our name for the GPS). We even listened in Swedish to learn a few new words from my husband's heritage.Customer Review: Very good for the price

We are a small contracting firm and we bought two of these units for our project manager and crew to use. They have had no complaints and it's worked wonders at getting us to and from projects with minimal wasted time. We highly recommend these units.
