I just purchaced the 2009 update(4/09) I own the Garmin c330, and went to down load the upgrade. Everything went smooth until it asked me what region I wanted to down load. Lower 48, Canada, Alaska or Porta Rico. Some units do not have enough memory to down load the whole upgrade. On Garmins web-site they have a list. I called Garmin and found out you need a SD memory card to get it all. You also need to leave the card in the unit to use the whole upgrade. Which ever one you down load first, you don't need the card, just the rest of them.Customer Review: Incompleate updates

The Greensboro, NC maps have not been updated with this release. Drawbridge Pkwy (this road is at least 5 years old) is still not on the 2009 map release. Neither is the new section of 840 on the west side of Greensboro. I am sure there are many others, but these were the first 2 items for which I looked.Customer Review: Good but not perfect

It is hard for me to imagine how many changes are made year to year in roads, businesses, points of interest, and all the other things included in GPS maps. Therefore one should not expect any update to include all those changes.
This map update from Garmin is an improvement over the older version, but there are of course many changes in my area that have not been updated. In spite of this, the update is worthwhile in my opinion.
