Customer Review: Garmin Runner's GPS
Summary: 5 Stars

This product is the older version and is most preferred by runners. It works great, charge lasts several days and it was sold to me at a very good price. Vender was a little late shipping it and graciously ate the 2d day air charges. I would highly recommend using this vender and this product. The newer version is very sensitive to touch and during exercise a rub of a shirt sleeve will reset it. The newer one looks nice and is smaller, but most runners don't care for it because of it activating itself and running out the power.

Customer Review: Very useful kit; somewhat worried that it will break soon
Summary: 4 Stars

Nice product, easy to install.
The armband from your original 205/305 is removed, and replaced with a hard plastic cradle attached to a velcro armband. Your Garmin can be detached from this armband, and inserted into a similar device attached to your bike handlebars. (Can also be used to attach the Garmin to, e.g., a rowing shell.)
Since the plastic cradle must flex in order to insert or remove te Garmin, I am a bit worried that it will break soon. No problems in one month of use, though.

Customer Review: Forerunner Quick Release Kit
Summary: 4 Stars

I purchased this kit to allow me to transfer my garmin from run to bike during Triathlon training and race. It works great much easier that the runner band that comes on the watch by default. Easy to snap in and out. I will say be careful with it, I had my watch on my camelpack strap and it got caught when removing the camelpack and I broke one of the pins about an hour before my first Tri, but it did come with spare pins, so was able to correct the issue and worked great for the race.

Customer Review: Great Accessory
Summary: 4 Stars

Snap in attachment for the bike works great. Love not having to look at my wrist when using it on the bike. Zip ties make it easy to attach, flexible with attachment locations, and easy to get new zip ties around town if you need more. Also easy to snap out during tri transitions. The wristband is a little bulky for me and slides on my wrist more than the original rubber wristband does, but again, for a quick switch it does the trick. Garmin snaps into both pieces very securely.

Customer Review: Loose for swim battle
Summary: 2 Stars

I like this release kit because it is very easy to move from wrist to bike and from bike to wrist. It works great at training, but did not on triathlon race. You have to be carefull if you are planning to use on race. Last time when I joined the triathlon race and came out from the swim, I realized that my Garmin Forerunner is gone. It dropped off when battling with other swimmers. I'm planning to buy Garmin Forerunner again, but I will not attach it on swim part.
