Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of GARMIN 010-10454-00 Handlebar Bike Mount (for GPSMAP 60 Series)Customer Review: Works Well Summary: 5 Stars
I had read a lot of the reviews stating that this mount was nto stong enought to keep their GPS on the bike. I mainly do biking on roads and "rails to trails" paths so I am not a "rugged" biker.
This mount worked very well for me. No movement whatsoever. I enjoy Geocaching while riding my bike, and this was a great addition to me favorite "sport."

So far I have been pleasently surprised with this mount. It installs easily, but the first impression is that it is very flimsy compared to the Magellan mounts I was familar with. I gave it a torture test on some rough terrain and the 60CSx stayed firmly attached. I also give it good marks for design since it uses the belt mount hook. (included)
Customer Review: Garmin GPS 60CS Handlebar Mount Summary: 1 Stars
I have purchased 5 of these items and they break after 5-6 months of street riding. I'm glad I had the fore thought of using the GPS strap to secure the unit to my handlebar or the GPS would have bounced on the concrete street. I really enjoy the GPS unit and the handlebar mount is a great idea --- I only wish it would not break for no reason!
Customer Review: One Inch Handlebar Mount?!? Summary: 4 Stars
This mount comes with a handlebar mount designed for handlebars 1" (or less) in diameter. I have 3 bikes in my stable and the only one with handlebars this small is a 1950 Schwinn!
You will have to purchase the optional large diameter rail mount from Garmin to fit this on a road bike.

Customer Review: Ok product Summary: 3 Stars
Nice original Garmin product. The rubber spacers that came with the unit are useless, the 2mm is too thin and the 5mm is too thick, leaving me with a unit that will not stay in place on my ATV. Once I improvise, I fear that my results in the field will be the same as already reported... needing extra reinforcememt to keep it in place.
