The price is certainly good for getting 3 of these. I had no trouble installing them and they are fine in that respect. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed in is that they show smudge marks quite a bit more than the original shield that came with the itouch (which eventually began peeling off, hence the replacement). I make it a habit to clean it of "the smudge" everyday when the unit is off but I need to work at it a bit as it smears alot before coming off. (And no, I'm not a greasy handed mechanic or fast food fryer, it's just normal human hand oil.) I will add that it doesn't show much when I'm using it, it is most visible at an angle so it doesn't compromise functionality in any way. Other than that it does the job of protecting the face of the unit very well. I also cut one up and covered the face of a Sansa Clip mp3 player I have and it also works well in that application.Customer Review: iKross Screen Protector for iPod Touch

I bought these for use on my iPod Touch 2G and i works very well, especially for the price. Following the installation instructions of the "Most Helpful" reviewer on here made the process go smoothly. As some other reviewers have mentioned, this does have any oily film look to it if viewed at the right angle, but it only seems to show up in the black portions of the face. It's invisible whenever the screen is turned on. Touch functions just as well as if there were no protector on it.
I ordered these from Bargain Cell, and was a little worried at first when the package said for iPod Touch 1G, but the screens fit just fine for the 2G. It leaves a millimeter or less around the edges of the screen exposed, but my Silicon case (DLO JamJacket Multiclip)covers that up anyway.
Overall, this protector does it's job and for the price, you can't beat it.

What a deal.
There's a reason that these are 75 cents.
An obvious deal breaker, they don't stick to the screen well at all.
Then there's a sticker on the corner of each of these for "easy removal" (ironic) from you iPod screen that will, if you try to remove it, mangle the thing and eliminate whatever function they might have had to begin with.
As another reviewer noted they also have an odd, oily, layered quality within the film, itself.
I went through all 3 of these things (trying very carefully each time) without ever achieving a good cover and ended up with 3 crumpled, plastic balls.
They're cheap crap and not worth the $1 let alone the shipping cost (as it was the flimsy envelope-these "screen protectors" along with it-was bent when I got it).
Learn from my mistake, steer clear and don't help this seller unload this crap.

I don't write reviews often, but this item is perfect: it provides an unobtrusive (in fact, 99% unnoticeable) protection to the iPhone without adding any bulk, and costs next to nothing! Typing and seeing the display is completely un-impeded: and, if anything, the LCD protector actually seems to get less traces of finger oils than the original screen. Applying the protector was very easy, and the design was great for ensuring that the protector remains dust-free as you apply it (the protector actually has two protective films around it, which you don't remove until the very moment you apply the protector -- in short, very easy and clever)!
I highly recommend this protector. As I was searching for a protector, it took me a while to settle on this one, but I'm very glad I did, and I hope that my review makes your search easier.

Customer Review: You can't always get what you want...but the item is not bad for what you pay

The product is damn near impossible to install the cover without getting bubbles in. No matter how hard you try, you will be left unsatisfied with the installation when you see tiny bubbles under the screen. No amount of cleaning, pressing rubbing will get rid of them.
Once you install the cover (READ: give up trying to remove the bubbles) you will feel satisfied that your screen is protected from scratches etc. But every so often your eyes will focus on the bubble and then you won't be able to stop looking at it.
Its a great product if seen since it protects your screen from the scratches etc it would most certainly get from regular usage and is certainly worth the money spent...if only the installation description mentioned that "there will be some bubble left there, so don't worry about them" the expectations would be set correctly.
