Customer Review: Great little dock/radio but color is deceiving

This is a great little dock/radio. We have 2 in our home already and the kids love them b/c they sound great, look great and charge their ipods but color is deceiving. I just ordered this purply one for my daughter. It is not metallic purple which is what the picture looks like. The description says pink and it is. It is bubblegum pink so it might be too little girlie for some. Again the boombox is great but be aware that pink definately means pink.Customer Review: Terrible Product

This product is as bad as they come. We purchased two of these units for our iPods and in less than 30 seconds, both units fried (literally) both of our iPods. To make matters worse, the customer service at iLive was horrendous. You couldn't find people more rude, obnoxious, and couldn't care less about user-experience with their products. Thankfully, the people at amazon.com were gracious enough to allow us to return this abysmal product.Customer Review: Good buy for the price

As others have mentioned, you get a very fair deal for what you pay for. The stereo went out in our road trip mini van, and rather than pay hundreds to replace it, I bought this unit and put it on the dash. The sound is not great, however it is certainly adequate, and it filled the van with either audio book readings or music. The radio was certainly sensitive enough to pick up stations in town. I had read all the reviews before i made a purchase and there was alot of neg reviews for this boombox. But i went ahead and bought it anyway. And let me tell you i was sure glad i did! I just love it! I dont know why they said the sound was not good. But i have to disagree with that person! I love the sound and the light weight of it to carry around! i am going to buy another one for my travel trailer.Customer Review: Good choice for young music lovers

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It's no frills, but at this price, I didn't expect any. Bottom line is she loves it, and has no problems using it. My only complaint is I wish it has a heaphone jack, but considering you can just pop out the iPod, it's kind of a moot point. Still, would be nice to have her listen via headphones while it charges.
