Bottom Line: BUY this product and look for rebates.
California drought finally pushed me to a water saving Washer.
Being the analytic engineer type, I did much homework, read 3 yr of CC reports and on-line reports.
Discussion of vibration and water mildew was a concern. The last review of CC reports agreed and moved the GE up to the top based on total performance.
I was worried about on-line shopping and long distance shipping for such a large (> 230lbs) product.
Result: Product shipped free from NJ (by UPS) faster then my local stores would promise with a charge! Fun to track the truck across the USA.
Now after 2 months of washing I can report: Vibration less then my old topload, noise less too - just higher pitched. Wash time, as expected, is half again longer (65 min vs 40-45) but the results are amazing. Cleaner, less wear, and so dry that the dryer now takes about half as much time. Nice, save water and Gas! We try to dry the rubber boot, and leave the door cracked - no problems with smell or mildew at all.
I should have done this Lots sooner, do not worry about vibration with this machine, I am on a 2nd floor wood base etc. It is rock solid.
