Customer Review: A Bad Wrap

The product is alright for what it costs, but I am really pissed by the packaging department. This item comes wrapped in brown paper instead of bubble wrap and at least 10 to 15 of the cases end up broken. I complained and the Amazon Customer Service people worked it out with me, but I STILL want for purchasers of this product to complain to customer service if you order this item and they come broken. Yes, they are cheap. Cheap product, cheap packaging, cheap price.
I got mine via 2 day shipping, and 9 cases were destroyed. There was no apparent damage to the shipping box, but inside?
These cases are very wimpy. I can envision them breaking after a handful of openings/closings. They certainly won't stand up to travel of any kind.
Next time I will spend the extra bucks for some quality.
But hey, you get what you pay for.

Unlike some of the other reviews have suggested, these covers came well-packaged and in perfect shape. No damage at all. They also seem to be a step up in quality from other inexpensive covers I've purchased in the past. The different colors supplied can be a useful for organizing discs. These are not super-rugged covers, nor were they designed to be, but they're great for compact storage and protection of a large number of discs.Customer Review: A case for this product

I purchased 3 x 100 of these and not a broken or defective one in the first 200. It would not be difficult to break one intentionally, but my 4 year old grandson has yet to break one. The product is great. And if I can get 100 of them to me all in one piece that would make it even better. I use a lot of these as I am an rising artist. But when I order 600 of them, at least 75-100 of them come broken. Shipping is a problem. Sometimes, I get 99% whole. Other times, 90% whole, 10% broken. Please place more packing material inside the boxes, NOT BROWN PAPER. Brown paper does not stop the cases from breaking!!!!
