Customer Review: Poor product, bad since purchase and no customer service

This product is not recomendable in no way, there is no way to return it without aditional charges. It's bad to begin with. Sent back since DEC and there is no way to track it!!! I could bet on the 30 day return is going to pop up. If a policy such as this exists, this product should no be part of amazon's list, it only creates insatisfied customers for "penny" cash.

Great card.
Beware, your camera may need a firmware update to use the new M type XD cards. I got write errors over and over till I did the camera upgrade. Updating the firmware in the camera could be a problem if you are computer illiterate like me. I finally got it to work and all is working.
Also, some card reader can not read the new M type XD cards.

The xd picture card is a "new" type of flash memory. It's actually been around for a couple years in Japan, but only recently introduced on this side of the pacific. They are faster than other types of flash cards (CF, SD, etc.) and are also more power efficient. But I'm not sure if the real-world performance difference is really that different.Customer Review: Great Memory Card

This is a great value, and a lot of room. I own two of these, and I really only need one! I always have room, and I can keep my camera at the highest setting to be sure and get the best quality pictures as I never know what I am going to want to enlarge to zoom and crop. They work very well, and you can take an enormous amount of photos on your digital camera. Then download them to your pc. The color is perfect. Didn't need to use both memories. And then when you download them. You can clear the memory from the card and start again.
