Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Flip Video TripodCustomer Review: Cute! Summary: 5 Stars
A little tiny tripod. I keep it on the camera at all times and use it as a "stick" when I'm video taping instead of holding the camera itself. I wish it were a little more flexible, but then I'd lose the sturdiness I need to set it in place. The little covered feet are adorable! I put a different colored-cover on each foot. I'm glad I got it for my Flip--invaluable!
Customer Review: Nice tripod Summary: 4 Stars
While I was buying the Flip camcorder, I saw the tripod and bought it on impulse. I'm pleased with it. It's just a tripod, and it might take a bit of bending and moving of the legs to get the camcorder to sit level on it, but it works nicely. And I guess the bendable legs are a feature; they may come in handy some day. The kids think the tripod looks cool.
Customer Review: No more shaking scenes Summary: 5 Stars
One might think I have parkinsons when they see how blurry my videos turn out. While trying to keep my arm still while I shoot, I can ruin a great shot. This little wonder hooks onto just about everything and holds our flip on like a charm. Now my hands are free- I'm happy and my viewers are happy. My kids love the little interchangable colored feet.
Customer Review: Does what it is designed to do. Summary: 4 Stars
I bought this mini tripod and could not complain. I don't see why so many people complain about the size, it's obvious how small it is, if you open your eyes and read the info. This is very sturdy with the Mino but don't see it working too well with the Ultra since the tripod jack is off to the side(design flaw)actually almost the very bottom corner.
Customer Review: Do not buy this tripod Summary: 1 Stars
This tripod has one very limited use. Static shots on a flat surface. It will not work to follow action. Panning with this tripod is a disaster. Forget about tilting up or down. In short, it will not do what you're hoping it will do, which is keep your shots steady when you're actually using the camera. The readysteady is a much better option.
